A stay in shared house

When you say Japan big problem comes for stay and food. Food anyhow you can manage but what about stay?? In India or in other countries you have air bnb or oyo or hotels or some other options. In Japan, hotels and oyo are very costly and for tourists or first timers it is not at all affordable..here comes a different concept of shared house introduced in Japan. There are variety of shared houses in Japan. You can book these houses online from your own country before visiting here. Whats special in it? Basically nothing but it is much more cheaper than other options. Here the trend is people coming from outside countries or other cities as well prefer to stay in shared house. Now what is shared house? You will have a private room having wardrobe,sofa,table,bed,refrigerator and clothes drying rack. I guess this is sufficient for you to stay for some days. Kitchen/washrooms/shower rooms/lounge/movie room/washing machines are common. So for those who likes to cook can cook there. many different nationalities you can see enjoy mix up.Yes When I planned to move to Japan, I also booked a shared house named Oak house. A 12 sq m room size enough for me to stay for few months. When I reached to the nearest station of this shared house, the house manager came to pick me up. Then I signed a contract with them (mind you all in japanese). he showed me all facilities. Initially I just felt little odd as such type of experience I didn't have earlier. but gradually I liked this concept. I got opportunity to have different nationality friends. Preparing good together, watching moving along is just a fun. Yes sometimes you need to hang up due to queue for bath but otherwise its just comfortable.

I would definitely recommend people who are not coming through tours and want to explore Japan, should stay in shared house. there are lot of shared houses by various companies in various places. so one can easily find a nearer one.
